  • Since then, she has been a part of the Toronto Whisky Society, where she has interviewed various Master Distillers and sampled enough whisky to fill a bathtub.
  • She loves researching and learning about new ingredients in home cooking. After her most recent trip to China, she has been obsessed with Cantonese cuisine.

Grayce is a professional accountant working in the wine & spirits industry. She is well-versed in spirit production, raw materials, and industry trends. One day, she hopes to win a bottle of Pappy van Winkle in the LCBO purchasing lottery.

Education

Grayce has a bachelor's of commerce from the University of Toronto and is a chartered professional accountant. She has also completed her WSET Level 2 and various wine masterclasses (such as the Wines of California Capstone 1, Wines of Argentina Masterclass, and Wines of Chile Masterclass).
